      Health and wellness is about finding physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Healthy living is not just a dieting fad, it is more like a lifestyle choice that everyone should try in order to feel great and live life to the fullest.

      My coaching programs focus on your all around health through one-on-one sessions. My programs are tailored to meet your individual differences and specific needs. I begin by identifying the root cause of your discomfort by exploring your habits and lifestyle. From there, I build your customized program to fit your daily routines and complement your personal life. The program provides guidance in dieting, exercise, yoga and wholesome living, resulting in a healthy, permanent way of life. I will help you tackle the obstacles that limit you from having a full, happy, healthy life.

 

       Through my health coaching sessions:

 

  • I will work with you in a one-on-one setting as a supportive mentor and guide to help discover which foods and lifestyle choices make you feel best.

  • I will give you personal dieting and health guidance and stay connected with you step by step through text and email to motivate and keep you on track.

  • I will help you establish a long-lasting, healthy way of life for yourself and your families: my approach is practical, so it can become a lifestyle rather than just a phase.

6 Month Program:

      Our appointments will start with 60 min. meetings once a week on the first month, then 90 min meetings twice a month.

This program is perfect for designing a way of life to get you back on track. Perfect for anyone struggling with food sensitivities, weak immune system, weight problems, low energy level, brain fogginess, lack of motivation, sleeping problems, and wanting a healthy lifestyle for themselves or their families.

      My program starts with exploring and analyzing your matters and then designing an all around well balanced plan for you. I will share educational information to empower you and give you tools to help you maintain your healthy way of life. I will also include cooking and healthy shopping tips, personalized exercises, yoga postures and breathwork. Our meetings will be followed with an email to motivate you, hold you accountable and clear your goals. We will keep communicating through email at anytime and I will be there for your questions and concerns.

 

One-Time Booster Session:

     This 90 min. session is perfect for clients who want to address a specific matter. This booster also works for someone who has the knowledge and tools but need a kick start towards their healthy living.

 

7 Day Detox and Cleansing Program :

      A detox program stimulates the liver to drive toxins out of the body through kidneys and skin, improving circulation of the blood.

      This 7 day program is perfect for anyone struggling with fatigue, allergies, puffy eyes, sluggishness, bloating, low energy level or even irritated skin. It is hard to choose between the detox programs out there. I can help you find the best plan that works for you and help you through it. I will be available through email for the full week program to answer your questions and support you.
