     Having a personal trainer to guide you and hold you accountable can help get the most out of your time with better results. Through my one on one sessions I combine physical fitness exercises, yoga postures and breathing techniques to benefit my clients physically, energetically, and mentally. I focus on teaching you the skills to make exercising and yoga a priority and establish healthy habits for life.

     It has been proven that yoga transforms the body and mind in so many ways. Not only does it improve the physical body through strength, balance, and flexibility, but it also enhances brain function, lowers stress levels, and relieves anxiety. Many studies found that yoga can help build stronger bones, maintain a healthy weight, lower blood sugars, lower blood pressure, and lower the risk of heart disease.
